He is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Machine Tools and Mechatronics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. He graduated at University of Miskolc, Hungary (2001), as a mechanical engineer, he continued his Ph.D studies at the István Sályi Doctoral School (2001-2004). He performed his activity in the fields of developing of machine tool components such as high-lead ball screws, analyzing of grinding tool profiles for high-lead ball nuts, CAD automations for ball nut analyzing. He took part in TAF - Turn and Finish - Development of a Combined Hardturning and Superfinishing Technology, EU 6th Framework Programme (COOP-CT-2004-508143). His main research fields and publication activities are related to computer aided design techniques, numerical methods and analyses of ball nuts manufacturing geometry.
