He was born in 1977. He graduated from Information Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc in 2001. Since 2002, he has been a department engineer and later a senior engineer then an assistant lecturer at the Department of Production Engineering. He has defended his Dr.-Ing. dissertation at the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg with the title: Investigation of surface roughness in machining by single and multi-point tools, which was nationalized as a PhD degree at the István Sályi Doctoral School in 2015. From 2015 he is an associate professor. His specialisations: surface roughness investigation on machined surfaces, CAD/CAM systems.
