Wafae El Majdoub was a Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc, specializing in CAD/CAM. She previously earned a professional bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance at Ecole Supérieure de Technologie Oujda and a DUT in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance. Her research focuses on smart process planning for precision turning, aiming to improve geometric accuracy through AI-based strategies. The goal is to develop predictive models that optimize CNC machining parameters, minimize shape errors, and integrate Industry 4.0 principles into manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing product quality and reducing resource waste. Her supervisor is István Sztankovics, PhD.
