Course objectives:
To provide a brief but widespread overview of the sensors and actuators applied in the field of robot kinematics.

·         Actuators applied for robotic devices·         Dynamic and control features·         Specifications and interface·         Classification of robotic sensors·         Rotational and linear displacement sensors·         Resolution, accuracy, reliability·         Problem of interfacing sensors and actuators·         Force and torque sensors·         Image sensors, image processes, shape recognition within robotic systems
