’INTEGRATION Development, education and practical improvement in the field of multifaceted problems of designing and manufacturing products for industrial and biomedical purposes’ CEEPUS umbrella visit and „Terplán Zénó” Szakkollég

As a results of a long-standing relationship, within the framework of an international CEEPUS network, organized by the institute's CEEPUS coordinator Dr. László Kuzsella, our institute welcomed four colleagues from the Polish University of Zielona Góra, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Material Science, Technologies and Machine Operation,

The relationship began in 2021 and this is the second time our institute has been able to welcome colleagues within the framework of CEEPUS.

 

The colleagues visited the materials testing and materials technology infrastructures of our Institute. They became familiar with the courses taught at the institute and their topics. In the hope of future research and educational cooperation.

 

In a discussion with Dr. Zsolt Lukács, director of the institute and Dr. László Kuzsella, the possibilities for expanding future collaborations were detailed.

 

Organized by the ’Zénó Terplán’ College of Science, Department of Materials Technology and Structural Integrity Prof. DSc PhD Anna Dobrzańska-Danikiewicz gave a lecture entitled

’Carbon nanomaterials and metal/ceramic nanoparticles used in the laboratory investigations’

In addition to numerous PhD, BSc and MSc students, several colleagues were also present at the lecture, with a total of 26 visitors.
