Dr. Sándor Szirbik was born in 1975. He received his MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc in 1998. He received his PhD degree from the University of Miskolc in 2004. His thesis was entitled 'Boundary Contour Method for Plane Problems in the Dual System of Elasticity'. Currently he is an associate professor at the Institute of Applied Mechanics. His research interests are numerical mechanics, boundary element method.
