Course objectives:
To introduce students to the design of different metal structures, their application.
 
Course content and structure:
Introductory overview. Task 1. Sizing the truss strip. Dimensioning of truss strips / Optimized sizing of press frames. Dimensioning of frames, bent and pressed rods. Fire protection of steel structures. Bordered plates, cell plates. Sizing circular silo. 1. Enter a task. Vibration damping. Vibration damping. Vibration damping measurement. Optimal dimensioning of the cell plate Exams.
 
Evaluation method:
Make the own research on a specific structure. Give presentation. Write a test.
