I obtained my MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. Starting from 1996, I worked as an assistant lecturer, and in 1999, I earned a Ph.D. with summa cum laude classification, specializing in the design methods of JIT procurement systems. Since 1999, I hold the position of associate professor at the Logistics Institute of the University of Miskolc. I have been involved in several research and development projects both as a leader and a member. My professional affiliations include membership in the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, IX. Section of Economics and Law - Committee of Logistics, and the Regional Committee of Miskolc - Committee of Engineering and Computer Sciences. My research areas encompass procurement and distribution logistics, warehouse design, and optimization of logistics systems.
