He was born in 1983 in Miskolc. In 2009, he graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics at the Faculty of Transportation Engineering. Between 2009 and 2012 he was a PhD student at the Department of Materials Handling and Logistics (later renamed to Institute of Logistics), while he was enrolled in the József Hatvany Doctoral School of Information Science and Technology. Between 2012 and 2014, he had worked as an applied engineer at the Institute of Logistics and from 2014 till 2018 as an assistant lecturer. He obtained his PhD in 2018 and afterwards, he had worked as an assistant professor till 2021 when he was appointed to associate professor, his current status. His fields of interest includes logistics simulation, design and optimization of logistics systems and transport logistics.
