He obtained his Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc in 1994. From 1997 he worked as a design engineer and later as a technical director at IAV Ltd. (Caren Engineering Office Ltd.). From 2004 he served as the managing director. In 2010 he returned to the University of Miskolc to work as a lecturer and laboratory supervisor. Currently he is a staff member at the Department of Fluid and Heat Engineering Machines Institute. His research focuses on investigating aerodynamic losses caused by the icing of wind turbine blades. He teaches subjects related to fluid and heat engineering machines, internal combustion engines, and power plants. Additionally since 2015 he has been the managing director of Uni-Energy Nonprofit Ltd.
