She was born in 1976. In 1999 she graduated in Mathematics and in German studies from Kossuth Lajos University in Arts and Sciences (Debrecen). After her graduation she began to work as assistant lecturer in the Department of Analysis at the University of Miskolc. Since 2004 till 2008 she worked as senior lecturer in Miskolc. In 2007 she defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled: On geodesics and isometries of two-step Riemannian nilmanifolds. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Debrecen. Since 2008 till 2014 she worked as senior lecturer, then as associate professor in the Department of Mathematics and Physics at the National Defence University. Since 2013 she works as associate professor in the Institute of Mathematics at the University of Miskolc. Her research interest includes differential geometry, particulary investigation of Riemannian manifolds.
